Often times we over look the true essence of what female artists have to offer and what they gift us with. With Zanique you can't really ignore the ear-trapping truth..she's talented...and skilled. Back again with more nostalgia triggering vibes. Returning back from her last outing and well-adored single "Fuck It Up".

Once she starts to simply trace the melody of her newest track "Lil Baby" you're enslaved. Your'e figuratively captured and dragged into a realm where you can just feel how anxious Zanique is to know if this unknown character will be her "lil baby".

She's delicate with her approach and she shows intimacy with every line. She manages to sway us in 2 minutes and leave us wanting more than just a second verse. It all bounces around your head and you hope that she's singing these lyrics to you, specifically.

On this B.Young produced track, the energy is lustful and vicious. She let's us know up front that she "be coming with that heat" and honestly she isn't telling a lie.

"I seen you on that block, tryna get it for your mama"

She approves of this "mystery" man's hustle. She accepts it and adores him spite it. She goes on to say they "can go" on together. Also, how her love is deliberate and genuine for him. But the biggest line and question we want answers too as well is we this man be her "lil baby" because if he won't then we will.

She has shown growth in these past two songs. The first record seemed more amateurish, and this is the stamp for what is seeming to be a beautiful start to a career for Zanique. She's already loved in her area so, we'll just have to see how long it takes before the world notices her soothing and hallucinating voice
